Our Mission

To bring your ideas to reality!

How many times have you seen your dream house, kitchen, bathroom, or furnishing in a magazine or on a website?   We enjoy hearing all about your ideas and those pictures you show us.  We share your excitement in combining all of your ideas and making your home, Your home.

Thank you for the personal touches you added to the beautiful design. The closet doors, the stunning mirror, the amazing bannister, and personalized bottle opener are not just evidence of your skill, but the time and thought you dedicate to your clients and your work.

How Shop two seven came to be....

As long as I can remember I've been navigating the waters of making items out of whatever materials I could get my hands on.  In my younger years I remember building tree houses and forts in the back yard, bird houses, model planes, jewelry boxes, or the raft that didn't float (very disappointing).  To sum it up my mom called me a Tinkerer.

Putting those tinkering skills to work I served 6 years in the U.S. Navy as a Sonar Technician.  Then for NCR Corporation for 10 years as a field technician.  While I enjoyed these jobs it seemed like there was something else I should be doing.  One day while repairing a self checkout at Home Depot of all places I ran into an old friend.  He recommend I look into building or remodeling as a career.  And so it began.....

With my wonderful family in mind the decision to be self employed was a difficult one.  I decided to go for it, started Winter Leaf Woodworking LLC and haven't looked back.  Along the way I've gathered a team of professionals I enjoy working with and trust.  Combining our skills to complete larger projects I quickly realized my business was no longer just woodworking.  So recently I changed name Shop Two Seven.

Shop Two Seven provides services from kitchen and bath remodels, custom furniture, hand made gift items, or home decor.  Working with us you will find creativity and quality is a priority.  We do this because we love it and wouldn't have it any other way.
